Home/Child Agreement

The School will

  • Encourage children to do their best at all times

  • Encourage children to take care of their surroundings and respect others around them

  • Inform parents of children's progress at regular meetings

  • Inform parents about what the teachers aim to teach the children each term

  • Provide a safe, secure and caring Christian environment for children

The Family will

  • Make sure child arrives at school on time - 8.50 a.m.

  • Make sure child attends regularly and provide a note of explanation for absence

  • Attend Parent / Teacher appointments to discuss child’s progress

  • When possible, attend the child’s class assembly and support school participation in the wider community

  • Support the Christian ideals of the school.

The Child will keep the School's Rules

  • I will take good care of the equipment and building

  • I will walk inside the building

  • I will talk quietly

  • I will be friendly

  • I will not do anything to harm or upset others

  • I will be helpful

  • KS1 and KS2 pupils will talk about this in Circle Time

Together we will

  • Tackle any special needs

  • Encourage the children to keep the School's Rules

  • Support child's learning in school and through homework to help them achieve their best
