Home / School Child Agreement

The School will:

  1. Encourage children to do their best at all times.
  2. Encourage children to take care of their surroundings and respect others around them.
  3. Inform parents of children's progress at regular meetings.
  4. Inform parents about what the teachers aim to teach the children each term.
  5. Provide a safe, secure and caring Christian environment for children.

The Family will:

  1. Make sure child arrives at school on time - 8.50 a.m.
  2. Make sure child attends regularly and provide a note of explanation for absence.
  3. Attend Parent / Teacher appointments to discuss child’s progress.
  4. When possible, attend the child’s class assembly and support school participation in the wider community.
  5. Support the Christian ideals of the school.

The Child will keep the School's Rules:

  1. I will take good care of the equipment and building.
  2. I will walk inside the building.
  3. I will talk quietly.
  4. I will be friendly.
  5. I will not do anything to harm or upset others.
  6. I will be helpful.

KS1 and KS2 pupils will talk about this in Circle Time.

Together we will:

  1. Tackle any special needs.
  2. Encourage the children to keep the School's Rules.
  3. Support child's learning in school and through homework to help them achieve their best.
